Insurance Plans We Accept at Heartleaf Health
We bill insurance and are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Cigna, Allegiance, United Healthcare, Aetna, Triwest, and some Medicare Advantage Plans. If your plan is not listed here, we may still be able to bill it if it has an out of network acupuncture benefit. We are happy to verify your acupuncture benefits free of charge. We unfortunately cannot bill Medicaid, Medicare parts A and B, or Medicare supplement plans.
